 Big Yellow™  Heavy Duty Guard Rail
Made with 10" base plates, 6" square posts, and heavy duty MC10 x 6.5# ASTM A36 hot rolled structural channel (cold formed for extra rigidity).  Made to stop a 10,000 pound fork truck rolling at 4 MPH!

About Big Yellow™ Interior Barrier Rail

Big Yellow barrier railings and Post Protectors protect personnel, machinery, in-plant offices, aisles, storage areas, control panels, and whatever can be accidentally struck by fork trucks and moving vehicles.

Heavy Duty Protection
The Safety Rail Source barrier rail is engineered for strength and durability. Big Yellow is constructed of high-strength ASTM A-36 structural steel, providing added safety that cold-rolled steel products can't deliver. Posts are 6" x 6" structural steel tube on a 10" x 10" base plate. The barrier rail is designed to protect against a 10,000 lb. load at 4 mph.  Its finish is safety yellow for high visibility.  Posts are available for one, two, or 3 rail configurations.  Lift-out pockets are available to enable the removal of rail sections.

Installation
Standardized components are used for simple assembly and future expandability. A single post design meets all requirements for straight runs as well as for left or right turns. Every system comes complete with all mounting hardware for E-Z and quick installation by your contractor or plant personnel.  All posts include protective plastic caps.

Angle Iron Bumper Plates
A less costly option for protecting plant equipment and areas in your plant is our angle iron bumper plates. Plates are 3/8" thick by 3” x 4” angle steel with pre-punched 5/8” mounting every 2’.  Mounting bolts are included with the bumper plates.
