KeeGuard Non-Penetrating Roof Edge Fall Protection
Our new KeeGuard design incorporates "green" PVC counter balance weights. These weights are designed with E-Z grip side handles to assist in moving the weights into position. They are manufactured of totally recycled PVC. Installation of our KeeGuard roof edge railing system has never been easier! You choose the color you desire and we'll paint the counter balances, the pipe and the fittings.
As you can see from these KeeGuard photos, our roof edge fall protection railing system can be configured to meet any design requirement. The free-standing railing can turn, go up, down and can even be designed to curve. Notice at the railing terminations, there are extra counter balances. This railing design is needed to conform to the OSHA standards and will withstand a 200 pound force applied to the end of the rail run. If necessary, we can design for higher load tolerences. Also notice the unique drop in fitting on the railing posts. This makes for a quick and E-Z installation of the top and mid rails. A 2 person crew can easily install more than 300' of KeeGuard railing per day! |
